Cena-qîdî Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Cena-qîdî Fêqê receives an average of 268 cm/y (105 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Cena-qîdî Fêqê covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 4070 m (13353 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Cena-qîdî Fêqê was founded durring the late 16th century in fall of the year 1467, by Khëd Èqtêv. The establishment of Cena-qîdî Fêqê was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Cena-qîdî Fêqê's construction back out of the project. Khëd Èqtêv pushed on reguardles, and Cena-qîdî Fêqê was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Cena-qîdî Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Cena-qîdî Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Cena-qîdî Fêqê is buildings are arranged arround a network of premissive cobblestone streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The town's frontieer-style defences have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Cena-qîdî Fêqê is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Cultural Notes
Cena-qîdî Fêqê's locals despise outsiders. For some “outsiders” may be natives of foreign lands, while others might have a grudge against anyone from outside the community. These locals have an active loathing, and the outsiders allowed to trade or interact with them do so at a heavy disadvantage.
Cena-qîdî Fêqê's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is inspired by the natural world, characterized by sinuous, sculptural, organic shapes, arches, curving lines, and sensual ornamentation. Common motifs included stylized versions of leaves, flowers, vines, insects, animals, and other natural elements. Decorative elements found on the inside and outside of buildings include intricate mosaic work, curved windows, and decorative trim work. .

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Cena-qîdî Fêqê was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Cena-qîdî Fêqê lost 276 people, 102 livestock, and 52 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 43, when members of Cena-qîdî Fêqê's militia enacted an operation to transport a specific war supplies to a particular production site unharmed. The operation was complicated by a natural disaster interrupted the operation, shattering unit cohesion. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a stalemate for Cena-qîdî Fêqê's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Cena-qîdî Fêqê's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
